Olympus Stylus Epic vs Contax T3
The verdict is in. I have found my personal preference. The Olympus Stylus Epic or the Contax T3?
My choice: Contax T3
Here's why:
Color rendering is more consistent, rich, and "perfect".
Frames just look more polished straight out of the scanner.
Immaculate sharpness and resolution across the entire frame.
More often than not, shots seem to impact me stronger at first glance.
For anyone who shoots Canon, the Stylus Epic to the Contax T3 feels like the jump from the 50mm 1.4 to the 50mm 1.2L. A small difference on paper but a tremendous difference in look, typically in bright and colorful scenes.
